Ana and Antonio

Helping other people with family histories of heart disease

Ana and Antonio joined our Future of Medicine program in Decatur, GA to learn more about their cholesterol levels and potentially help others if they are invited to participate in a health research study.

Both Ana and Antonio have family members who have been affected by heart disease. For that reason, they wanted deeper insight into their own heart health risks, as well as the opportunity to help others who are at risk.

“My father died at 50 years old from a major heart attack. The program can help other people with sicknesses in their heart, and I can find out about my cholesterol,” Ana says.
