What We Do

• We offer health screenings (including laboratory or other testing) to help you learn more about your health. As part of this, we may collect your medical history, vital signs, and body measurements.
• We share your test results with you.
• We provide general health education and tips for wellness and prevention.
• We may contact you about opportunities to participate in clinical trials that may be a good fit for you.
• We may share your information with laboratories that will process your samples, and we may refer you to a research clinic (Care Access or a partner) and share your information with our research partners.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not provide formal diagnosis, medical treatment, or create treatment plans.
• We do not replace your primary care provider. We encourage you to have and regularly see a primary care provider (or another trusted healthcare professional) for treatment, prescriptions, and long-term care.

How We Contact You

Care Access may contact you by phone, email, or mail to share your results and follow up about research opportunities. These may include prerecorded or automated voice messages. We may use automated tools to send reminders, share information, or match you with potential clinical research opportunities. You can opt-out at any time by e-mailing [email protected] .

Confidentiality and Notice of Privacy Practices Acknowledgment

By accepting these terms you authorize Care Access to collect and store your personal and medical information (including records it originates and maintains describing your health history, symptoms, examination and test results, diagnoses, treatment and any plans for future care or treatment), and provide you with health screenings, health education, and information about medicines or clinical research opportunities, which may involve sharing your information with our partners. Care Access protects your personal information as required by law.
