Refund Policy for Paid Testing Services
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for paid testing services under the following conditions:
Before your appointment
You can request a refund within 60 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet had your blood draw.
If there is an issue with your service
You may also be eligible for a refund if:
- We or our partner lab are unable to provide your service as scheduled.
- Your screening cannot be completed or is unsuccessful.
- You are found ineligible at your appointment (for example, due to a medical issue).
- There is a provider or administrative error (such as incorrect test ordering).
- Your sample cannot be processed or results are unavailable due to an error.
Additional details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refund reviews are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Our team may need to reach out to you for additional information.
- Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Only the services purchased are eligible for refund.
