Iris from Baltimore shares her experience participating in a Future of Medicine Community Health Screening at Liberty Grace Church of God, within a neighborhood she’s called home since childhood. After discovering she had high cholesterol in 2022, Iris knew how critical it was to get tested again.
”Knowing that high cholesterol can cause heart attacks or strokes, I felt it was important to get tested,” Iris explains. “If you don’t know, it can only hurt you. You need to know so it can be taken care of.”
