Kevin is taking action in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease by participating in a clinical trial through Care Access’s Future of Medicine program. With a genuine desire to help future generations and a personal curiosity about his own risk for Alzheimer’s, Kevin shares why he chose to get involved: “If nothing else, I’d like to help future generations.”
First, Kevin joined Future of Medicine and received a free health screening that included an advanced test for preclinical Alzheimer’s disease, an early stage of the disease before any signs or symptoms are present.
Shortly after, Care Access found an Alzheimer’s clinical trial that was a good fit for Kevin, and invited him to participate. Future of Medicine members are informed when they may have an opportunity to participate in a clinical trial, based on their health profiles and interests.
Hear about Kevin’s experience with Care Access, where he was treated with respect, compassion, and clear communication every step of the way.
